Studying Politics and Sociology degree at university left Paul with a big decision - what did he want to do now? Since he had no interest in getting into politics or becoming a sociologist, Paul decided to embark on a career in recruitment after realising that the one thing he is truly passionate about is building relationships. There is nothing Paul loves more than developing relationships with clients, taking a job brief and then heading into the market to speak with potential candidates.
Away from work, Paul is kept busy by his wife and his two young children.
Why MERJE?
I started my recruitment journey with MERJE as a resourcer and have been given limitless support throughout my time. Through great guidance and having the freedom to establish myself in my market, I have developed brilliant knowledge of my specialist area and achieved great progression over the years. The founders have created a balanced work environment of getting the job done and feeling valued and rewarded for good work. I honestly love coming into the office every day.
Loves & Loathes
Paul loves hitting the gym to keep the ‘dad bod’ away, playing football (when my Plantar fasciitis allows it) and supporting Manchester United.
Paul loathes having to decide what clothes to buy (he's very indecisive) and any form of cooking.
