I've recruited mid-senior and C-suite level roles in contact centres, operations and business change for over 15 years. I truly enjoy working with businesses that share the same ethics as myself and work best when they value my brand as much as I looks after theirs.

In my spare time, I'll have to confess that I'm ageing rapidly at home on account of my two young children and a boisterous sausage dog. Thankfully, I have a lovely wife who understands that I'm not miserable, just droll.

Why MERJE?

It’s all about the people. I left a comfortable role to join MERJE at a time where it could have been perceived as a risk. The owners’ ethics and shared values meant is really never was.

Loves & Loathes

I love my family, my dog, and a nice meal out with Mrs J.

I loathe people who eat with their mouth open, tuna generally, and any chat about cars or motorways.
