Neil commenced his career in recruitment with an LSE-listed international recruitment organisation in 2006, following 7 years spent at Citibank in a variety of fraud roles, culminating in him becoming Fraud Strategy Manager. This experience gave him an invaluable insight into how each area interacts within the Contact Centre world and understanding the calibre of candidate that is required to work within each business function.

Neil has extensive experience of working successfully for FTSE250 organisations and his reputation within his specific area of operation is unparalleled.

During his time in recruitment Neil has become a specialist within the Contact Centre discipline of Financial Services where he places mid-senior level candidates across Operations, Collections, Sales, Planning and Customer Experience.
