Neil has recruited mid-senior and C-suite level roles in contact centres, operations and business change for over 15 years. He enjoys working with businesses that share the same ethics as him and works best when they value his brand as much as he looks after theirs.

In his spare time Neil confesses that he is ageing rapidly at home on account of his two young children and a boisterous sausage dog. Thankfully he has a wife who understands that he's not miserable, just droll.

Why MERJE?

It’s all about the people. I left a comfortable role to join MERJE at a time where it could have been perceived as a risk. The owners’ ethics and shared values meant is really never was.

Loves & Loathes

Neil loves his family, his dog and a nice meal out with Mrs J.

Neil loathes people who eat with their mouth open, tuna generally and any chat about cars or motorways.
