The new business thrives, so Financial Crime & Fraud and Customer Contact are added to our core markets.


Award Winners

We develop our contractor offering while turnover increases to £3.7m and staffing numbers to 23. We scoop Recruitment Company of the Year at the APSCo Awards for Excellence.


Big Plans

We continue to grow and reach a pretty impressive £7m annual turnover. Our back office infrastructure is expanded and plans are submitted and approved for a super stylish new purpose-built HQ in Manchester.

Both our London and Manchester offices expand to bigger, fancier premises and MERJE Front-Line Talent launches. We win Recruitment Partner of the Year at the Credit Awards.


Breaking Records

We all celebrate a record annual turnover in excess of £10m, expand our core disciplines to include Legal and Actuarial and appoint a Business Manager to lead our growth into Scotland.

Our love of people courses through every element of our business, from building a close-knit team to developing authentic partnerships with clients and candidates.

Our forte is building real, long-standing relationships, both in and out of the office.

Many of our team members are close friends, having worked together for many years. We go to each others' weddings, birthdays and bar mitzvahs. We share too much information about our personal lives. We are emotionally invested in one another's home improvements. We truly want each other to succeed.

It's not unusual for our consultants to be besties with their clients and candidates too.
