How do we do it?

We treat every person we encounter equally, regardless of age, sex, disability, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.

We ensure our job adverts are carefully written and are not discriminatory in any way.

In cases where a client has specific D&I requirements, we support in attracting under-represented demographics.

All MERJE employees are trained to screen candidates based solely on skills, competencies and experience in relation to the role.

Every candidate provides and is provided with the same information throughout the application process.

CVs are formally submitted for roles with identifying information removed, to ensure a truly fair selection process for the client.

We only capture information about candidates and clients that is absolutely necessary for us to do our jobs effectively.
