The business came to life in 2011 when our founders decided to create a recruitment company that was different from the rest.

Free of KPIs, arbitrary targets and micromanagement, we instead focus on leveraging our unrivalled industry expertise to make lasting and effective placements and foster meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Holding these values at the core of our business has helped us to achieve significant commercial success over the years. We've grown from just three people in a single office to a headcount of 40+ across three locations in Glasgow, London and Manchester.
