I've been on an unprecedented journey with MERJE. Starting back in 2017 as a Resourcer in Credit Risk & Analytics, I put my analytical mind to great use by resourcing the best talent in a highly competitive market.
But my creativity flair couldn't be tamed and after three and half years with MERJE, I stepped back from the recruitment front-line and now puts my talents to the test by managing all things marketing and PR for the business.
Outside (and occasionally inside) of work, I dabble in everything from juggling to playing the ukulele, right through to painting and calligraphy!

MERJE is a business like no other. The laid-back yet supportive culture is a rare find, but is the perfect environment for growing at your own pace and achieving your goals. With such a diverse group of people, it’s impossible not to be entertained every day in the office and you never know what the next topic of conversation is going to be. I also can't thank the leadership team enough for taking a chance on me. I can't imagine any other business would happily let a recruiter with no marketing training or professional experience take over their marketing department!

I loves avocado on toast and going to see live music.
I loathe the way my partner stacks the dishwasher. He would be rubbish at Tetris.
