​Tom started out in recruitment in the Tech market. He cut his teeth in the industry working across a mix of permanent and contract hires covering DevOps and Infrastructure. 

Now part of MERJE's formidable Credit Risk & Analytics team, Tom focuses on pairing the best data-focused and analytical talent with a range of businesses, particularly in the Financial Service and Banking industries.

Tom loves spending time with his family, running, playing guitar and, of course, going on long adventures with his dog, Gus.
