Mandy has more than 10 years of experience in the world of employment, ranging from training to full 360 recruitment. She has been nicknamed the ‘Networking Ninja’ in previous roles. She loves working with people and the candidate journey is really important to her because a happy candidate results in a happy client, which results in a happy Mandy! Her role at MERJE is to pair awesome Front-Line Talent candidates, from Claims Handlers to Customer Service Reps, with a host of great clients.
