I have more than 10 years of experience in the world of employment, ranging from training to full 360 recruitment. I have been nicknamed the ‘Networking Ninja’ in previous roles. I love working with people and the candidate journey is really important to me because a happy candidate results in a happy client, which results in a happy Mandy! My role at MERJE is to pair awesome Front-Line Talent candidates, from Claims Handlers to Customer Service Reps, with a host of great clients.
You can find me dancing away with a phone in one hand and a brew in the other, both in and out of work.
