Gemma’s background is within Financial Services, where she spent more than 12 years working for a high street bank across Customer Operations and Fraud and Financial Crime. This has given her an invaluable grounding around the complexities of working within and recruiting into regulated environments, as well as supporting her to establish high levels of trust in all of her engagements. She provides support and guidance to clients and candidates across Financial Services with a focus on FinTech and Insurance.

When she’s not in the office entertaining a largely Manchester-based team with her ‘Scouse’ verbatim, Gemma can be found frequenting the odd nice restaurant with her husband or playing glorified taxi driver to any one of her three children.
