I am a 30-year veteran of recruitment and founder of Matrix Executive. Over the years, I have supported a range of businesses (such as Jonathan Wren, Adecco, Huntress Group) in achieving their goals and overcoming hurdles.

I deeply appreciate the challenges of running an SME business from starting 3 successful businesses of my own, and will draw on this experience as I assist MERJE in its journey of growth and evolution.

Working closely with the senior leadership team here, I am providing an unbiased, external perspective with the aim of equipping MERJE with the tools, expertise, advice, and guidance it needs to stay at the forefront of its markets and achieve its greatest ambitions.
