I was the founder and chief executive of Manson Insurance Group which was sold to Jelf Group PLC in 2008. I've enjoyed a successful career spanning over four decades in the Retail Financial Services sector, before joining MERJE in a non-executive capacity to provide commercial and strategic advice to support the growth and development of the business.
