Connor's recruitment journey first began in November 2015, as an apprentice learning the ropes. He then progressed in his role over five years with one business and has now worked within the customer contact industry for almost 6 years. He is adding his expertise to the Front-Line Talent team, working with contact centre and operations clients across many industries.
I decided to join MERJE as it parallels with my core values and ethics. Not only this but MERJE offers a grown up working environment / culture which gives me full autonomy and responsibility to get the job done, which I like. Connor loves watching and playing football, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
