An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious employment lawyer to join a successful and expanding in-house legal team with one of the leading insurance firms on the south coast.

This opportunity would suit a solicitor with:

•Outstanding academics

•1-2 years of post-qualification experience

•Direct experience with tribunal litigation

•Great technical and interpersonal skills

The legal team is an extremely collaborative and supportive environment, and the firm has a great hybrid working policy that starts at 2 days in the office a week, but with a willingness to accommodate a variety of schedules. Pay and compensation package is competitive based on experience.
