Our client, a leading Wealth Management firm are looking for a Client Liaison Officer to join the Client Service team on a permanent basis. 

As Client Liaison Officer you will be responsible for providing liaison service between Investment Manager and Operations Centre, third parties and also clients by ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, by demonstrating a proactive approach and taking responsibility to ensure that the resolutions of issues are seen through to the end.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Amending static data in Avaloq as and when required.

  • Completing payment requests, including internal transfers, through liaison with internal and external parties. 

  • Completing call-backs in line with company procedures regarding static data and payments.

  • Completing general ISA Administration in line with HMRC procedures.

  • Ensuring all aspects of CRM issues are complete.

  • Dealing with e-mail and telephone requests from both internal and external parties.

  • Log incoming cheques in line with CASS requirements.

  • Actioning fee requests and amendments as requested.

  • Completing additional projects as and when required.

  • Completing general administration tasks, in support of the role including scanning and clearing work trays, in a 

    timely manner.

  • Be proactive in developing your knowledge of the industry and the market. Undertake and record relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to develop knowledge and skills.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous customer services and administration experience within Financial Services sector

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook 

  • Excellent knowledge of internal procedures and processes (full training to be given) 

  • Ability to work unsupervised.

  • Effective communicator. 

  • Good organisational skills.

  • High level of accuracy/attention to detail – quality output.
