I have recently joined MERJE following a successful career within Customer Services, Account Management and Office Administration. I was responsible for the on-going recruitment of a team of Customer Service Administrators and delivered ongoing training programs within Customer Care and Account Management. I previously held the position of Customer Service Supervisor for a leading retailer and manufacturer and has a wealth of experience in the retail market, sales and key account management. I will focus on recruiting a variety of contact centre roles, including temporary, contract and permanent vacancies.
