Experience in a similar fast-paced environment would be ideal - call centre, temp desk, construction, etc.
Join the vibrant, enthusiastic, and successful FLT team who regularly receive glowing Google reviews from candidates and clients. Support admin, sales, and customer service candidates through the recruitment process and help them secure their perfect job.
Experience in recruitment would be beneficial bus is certainly not essential. We've had plenty of people join the team with zero recruitment experience and achieve fantastic levels of success!
Consultant / Senior Consultant
Join our established Risk desk, one which is well-known and highly regarded in the industry, to develop our offering in London and the South East.
Bring with you a few years' experience in delivering Risk recruitment solutions and you'll be up and running in no time! Bonus points if your expertise covers Financial Services as that's our sweet spot - banking, fintechs, wealth management, insurance, and the rest.
Junior / Graduate Consultant
