A couple of years' experience in recruitment, particularly analytics or a related field, would be ideal.

You'll have plenty of warm leads to go at and MERJE's reputation of success behind you, meaning you'll have no trouble building up a strong pipeline of business. At least 1-2 years' recruitment experience is ideal, and Financial Services (London role only) or Compliance expertise would be a bonus!

Our Legal offering is small but with huge potential, we just need the right person to take it to the levels we know it can reach. We're open to ambitious individuals who may not have tonnes of experience in the market, as well as proven professionals with a background in the sector. You'll work alongside Jake Kelly, who is himself building a network in the legal space alongside his existing Compliance expertise.

Bring with you a few years' experience in delivering Risk recruitment solutions and you'll be up and running in no time! Bonus points if your expertise covers Financial Services as that's our sweet spot - banking, fintechs, wealth management, insurance, and the rest.
