Sales Executive responsibilities:
Generate new target prospects through research, networking and referrals.
A high number of leads are already qualified by our marketing team.
Generate qualified appointments with key stakeholders who have decision making authority.
Engage with prospects and customers via telephone/email/social to build pipeline.
Showcase the product/service offered over Zoom. Close a high volume of deals in your pipeline.
Achieve KPIs set by leadership on a daily basis.
Convert leads to sales and pass through to our in-house Onboarding specialists.
Complete a detailed handover to the Onboarding team.
Surpass personal targets and possess a clear understanding of performance criteria.
Complete structured notes for each demonstration booked.
Maintain activity in HubSpot to a high standard.
What we look for in a Sales Executive:
Experience in selling software over the phone is preferable.
A proven track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients.
A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never give up' attitude.
An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices.
Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation.
Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts.
Strong written communication skills with an attention to detail
Have good administration skills: you will be required to keep our Hubspot system up to date with relevant sales information.
