Business Development Executive

Mon- Fri 9am - 5.30pm

Location: Halifax hybrid role

Salary - £26,000 - £30,000 DOE

OTE £35,000 - £42,000


Our client is a well-known and respected lead generation company, with a strong reputation for delivering quality leads to IT clients. They are looking for enthusiastic people to join a growing team where you will be surrounded by similarly motivated and well rewarded people who want to earn commission.

Business Development Executive responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads within a desired sector/geographic within a client organisation.

  • Provide the information obtained during the conversation back to the client.

  • We pride ourselves on providing as much information as possible to our clients to enable them to follow up on our introduction appropriately.

  • Generating sales leads for clients

  • Creating sales driven copy for outreach

  • Talking to clients regularly via phone and email

  • Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance

  • Working towards fixed weekly and monthly targets

Experience as a Business Development Executive:

  • 2 years B2B sales experience Ideal

  • 2 years IT experience Ideal

  • Previous experience in a phone-based role

  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Driven to work your way up and develop your career

  • Resilient

  • Target Driven individual.
