Sales Executive
Salary: Up to £23,000 DOE (bonus of up to £500 per month) OTE £29,000
Location: Birmingham Hybrid working currently one day in the office per week.

About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the company's services to customers, via both outbound and inbound calling, and ensuring quality appointments are booked for Financial Advisers. You will build strong relationships with your Financial Advisers whilst managing their diaries, resulting in excellent outcomes for both them and our customers.

Build strong relationships with your Financial Advisers whilst managing their diaries, resulting in excellent outcomes for both them and our customers
Evidence strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders via a wide range of channels (Outbound/Inbound calls, email, and web platforms)
Ensure outstanding attention to detail in all administration work completed for customers and Financial Advisers
With an expectation to deliver to KPI's each month, ensure you are proactive in managing your own diary and keeping up to date with any business changes
Skills of a Sales Executive
Previous customer interaction experience and are a 'people-person'
Experience of meeting targets is highly advantageous
You can hold a good conversation and are able to communicate professionally
You have a genuine interest in getting into the world of Financial Services
You will possess strong attention to detail (your administration needs to be accurate and call conversations need to meet compliance standards)
This is a busy role, as such you'll need to be pro-active and have a great work ethic.
