A fantastic night was had by all at the Call Centre Management Association's 26th UK National Contact Centre Awards!
We were once again a proud sponsor and enjoyed a lively evening of recognition, comedy and great food and drink at The Brewery, London. MERJE sponsored the 'Most Effective Recruitment Initiative' award and it was an honour to stand on the same stage as Vernon Kay to announce the 2021 winner - Cappfinity and North Yorkshire Police.
It was also a pleasure to meet and celebrate with the many leading professionals in the contact centre industry, so many of whom we partner with throughout the year as we work to supply leading contact centre and operational talent to their businesses.
We now look forward to continuing to provide our expert Customer Contact and Front-Line Talent services to the contact centre industry and, fingers crossed, getting together next year to acknowledge everyone's fantastic efforts all over again.
