This company is a leading law firm in the UK, specializing in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. They are currently seeking an experienced RTA Team Leader to join their Road Traffic Accidents department.

- Manage a caseload while supervising 3-5 junior fee earners in the department.
- Handle cases from cradle to grave, dealing with all stages from portal to trial.
- Be an experienced RTA Litigator (4 years plus) who knows the entire process.
- Deal with majority fast track cases, but also handle multi-track work from high-quality non-CMC sources.
- Lead the team from the front and be a pragmatic and tenacious individual with a keen eye for detail.

- Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload from cradle to grave.
- Genuine tenacity and confidence in dealing with and using the CPR to win.
- Excellent client care ability, with a passion for achieving the best possible outcome for clients.
- People management skills, able to offer strong supervision to juniors.
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with litigated files from inception, through applications and challenges, to trial/disposal hearing.
- Knowledge of Proclaim case management system.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £40k, with a very generous commission scheme, paid monthly in arrears.
- Standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
