You'll play a large role in the R&D of of new advanced model structures, manage the full modeling cycle, and embed a range of Data Science techniques into modelling.

The team operates in an agile model and has a flat structure, meaning you'll rub shoulders with some highly experienced team members, allowing you to continuously learn every day.

If you have experience within Personal Lines Insurance, have hands on experience of deploying statistical models and are proficient using Python then I'd love to speak with you.

The team is operating on a hybrid model, and you can travel to either the London or Leeds offices up to 5 times per quarter, and there are excellent company benefits that increase as you spend longer within the business.
