In this role you'll provide oversight and delivery of all desk based Compliance delivery functions within the business.
The role will involve:
• Promoting Compliance Services within the Group as a “Centre of Excellence
• Providing oversight of the delivery and design all Compliance related service delivery functions ensuring accuracy in format and information therein
• Ensuring that all key stakeholders in the business have an awareness of key compliance delivery issues and that they are adequately trained on these issues
• Providing training when required to all relevant Compliance staff on key delivery changes that are relevant to their roles
• Representing the company at industry events, presenting on key regulatory updates
• Assisting with the design and implementation of any new initiatives introduced by the business to enhance service delivery
• Supporting the delivery of relevant documents in relation to Compliance requirements
• Working with colleagues across the Group in order to maximise member recruitment, retention and services adoption
Key Requirements:
• Qualified to Level 4 and above
• Effective people manager / leader
• Sound understanding of regulation and legislation requirements
