I'm working with a leading independent financial planning business who are looking for a File Review Manager to join the business in order to ensure that the advice given by the Wealth Planners remains of consistently high quality.

The role will involve taking responsibility for the following:Undertaking post sale file reviews and pre-approval reviews of high-risk/specialist advice - ensuring that the advice is suitable, compliant and easily understood by our clients.

Communicating any remedial work on written advice to the Adviser effectively and efficiently, identifying where additional training may be required.

Supporting with due diligence and other projects and process enhancements, as and when required.

Working closely with colleagues across the Risk and Compliance department, attending team meetings and contributing to the development and implementation of the Group Risk & Compliance Policy.

Attending and contributing to Risk & Compliance department meetings.

Key Requirements:

We are looking for someone with proven experience within a Business Quality role covering Equity Release. You will need to be calm and focused even when the pressure is on and motivated by supporting Planners to deliver the very best outcomes for our clients.

Equity Release qualification and experience of reviewing equity release cases.

QCF Level 4 Financial Services qualification with desire/ambition to attain Chartered status.
