A hands on role exercising experience in credit risk and fraud, assisting with policy setting and collaborating with scorecards, as well as broader areas of credit risk.
THE ROLE • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and address requirements for new models and/or revisions to existing ones to optimise credit decisions across the entire credit life cycle. • Create and manage scorecard rules to meet regulatory requirements and deliver expected loss ratios for commerciality • Partner with sales team to help drive profitable acquisition • Provide evidence-based opinion and improvements for changes required in credit risk, fraud and collections to meet business goals
ABOUT YOU • Experience in leading a credit risk and fraud function, ideally in a consumer lending business or financial services business • Strong understanding of consumer credit life cycle and credit decision engines / processes • Demonstratable experience of building and managing application scorecards • Confident using SQL, Python, Tableau and/or Power BI • Excellent communication skills across technical teams to CEO level. |
