Our client is a well-known and highly respected law firm who are currently looking to recruit an astute SRA Compliance Manager to lead a newly formed divisional team. In this role you will liaise with key stakeholders across multiple sites in the North West.

You will have full overall responsibility of ensuring adequate controls and quality checks are in place across the Finance Shared Service Centre, acting as the main point of contact and maintaining a high standard on order to comply with SRA rules.

Key Attributes Include:

• Excellent knowledge of Solicitors Accounting Rules (SRA) and their application and an appetite to ensure knowledge is up to date and refreshed on a regular basis.
• Demonstrable experience of dealing with SRA compliance and governance, gained through working for a regulator, auditor, or law firm (or other relevant organisation).
• Excellent knowledge of Solicitors Accounting Rules (SRA) and their application and an appetite to ensure knowledge is up to date and refreshed on a regular basis.
• Flexible and adaptable to deal with changing requirements, able to balance competing priorities.
• Confidence to take the lead in meetings and delivering presentations to senior management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities.
