You will be responsible for the strategic positioning of your team's model landscape and how it will evolve over time, and you will be expected to influence how the Society's modelling landscape can best support its strategic objectives.
You will take responsibility for the EUC frameworks employed in the regulatory reporting of prudential risk, ensuring they continue to be well managed and controlled and fit-for-purpose as the Society grows.
Most importantly, you'll be a great leader who empowers and supports your team and key stakeholders to make the right decisions for the Society. You'll be expected to influence at all levels, across your team, peers, stakeholders (up to board level), 2nd and 3rd line as well as the regulator and other external parties.
