Sales Agent role: As a Contact Centre Sales Agent you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts through outbound calls to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include setting appointments, generating leads, and closing sales, all while building and nurturing positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities of a Sales Agent:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of setting appointments, generating leads, or closing sales.
Utilize persuasive techniques and sales strategies to engage clients and achieve desired outcomes.
Establish and maintain positive, empathetic, and genuine relationships with clients.
Foster trust and rapport through active listening, empathy, and personalised interactions.
Clearly and passionately communicate our client's mission, vision, and the significant impact their contributions can make.
Understand the unique interests and preferences of potential clients through effective questioning and active listening.
Tailor solutions and offerings to match individual client needs, ensuring maximum value and satisfaction.
Employ effective objection-handling techniques to overcome barriers and move prospects towards a positive decision.
Accurately maintain detailed records of conversations, appointments, and transactions in CRM system.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all interactions and record-keeping activities.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimise performance and drive results.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service roles, preferably in a contact centre environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
Empathetic and customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle objections.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
Goal-orientated mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and achieving results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
