​Our client is a successful people-driven business that are hiring a Risk Manager to join the organisation in line with the creation of a newly created team. You will have the opportunity to flourish in an environment that values their employees and is intent on developing communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Director of Risk, you will support the implementation of the Risk Framework across business areas.

• Provide senior management with assurance through reviewing operational risk and the effectiveness of processes, controls and levels of compliance.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business areas and support them to use the risk system.

• Produce reports on risk and provide advice to the business on how to mitigate and minimise risk.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Either relevant degree or proven risk experience, including risk facilitation, methodologies, mitigation processes and techniques within a regulated environment.

• Ability to build strong relationships across the business as well as stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to travel once per week to the London office.
