​Our client is a leading Insurance business who are recruiting an individual to provide support to their Risk & Compliance team and the wider business in relation to a range of products, risk and regulatory regimes.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will provide risk & compliance advice to support stakeholders, mainly within the Insurance Team.

• Supporting the Risk & Compliance team on emerging projects and activities as required, and identify, quantify and communicate any upcoming regulatory changes which impact the Group.

• Support the team in operating and evolving an effective Risk & Compliance framework to manage the key risks and ensure key processes are followed.

• Through engaging with stakeholders on BAU and strategic initiatives, this role involves giving advice and support to enable management to make informed decisions around regulatory expectations and risks.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has knowledge and experience of working within a regulated environment within insurance.

• You will need an awareness of Data Protection and risk management frameworks, as well as knowledge of FCA requirements in relation to financial promotions.

• Ability to work in a fast past environment as you will need to work independently and have a pragmatic approach to problem solving which balances commercial and regulatory objectives.
