Job Title: Recoveries Agent

Salary: £25,000- £28,000

Are you an experienced negotiator with a passion for customer service and experience in credit hire ? This company is seeking a Recoveries Agent to join their team based in Rochdale.

As a Recoveries Agent, you will be responsible for negotiating settlements of credit hire, credit repair, storage & recovery, and other uninsured losses directly with the at-fault insurer/solicitor. You will also investigate and resolve liability and quantum disputes, instruct and liaise with clients' solicitors, referrers & insurers, and process payments, incoming post, and telephone calls.

The successful candidate will have their own caseload to manage of up to 300 claims. You must be a confident negotiator with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, and proficiency in MS Office is required.

This role would suit a hard-working individual with an investigative mind. An excellent telephone manner is a must, and you will be someone who can thrive in a fast-paced productive and supportive team environment.
