Do you have experience working within quality assurance or compliance?

Prior Compliance/QA experience is required and this role will really suit someone with a keen eye for detail, general understanding of the FCA rules / a regulated environment, and a desire to give great outcomes for our customers. The job involves a lot of time spent listening to or watching interactions between our teams and customers, the successful candidate will need to be really self-motivated to deliver a reasonable output to a high standard.

As a Compliance Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be part of the Compliance team and you will be responsible for the day-to-day second-line monitoring of all customer-facing interactions across all channels at the Avalon group of companies and any relevant third parties to ensure we meet our regulatory duties and are embedding our ethos across the customer journey
