Job Title:              Protection Insurance Sales Agent (inbound)        

Salary:                  £30,000 - £32,000 OTE £60K

Location:               Trafford 

Job Purpose:

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced telesales advisor to join an established team responsible for selling a range of protection insurance products. You will establish customer needs and sell suitable products to meet those needs ensuring the right customer outcome is achieved.

Responsibilities:

To convert client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone

To generate business equal to or in excess of monthly target

To provide every client with an exceptional customer service level and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achieved

To use all data to maximise sales

To provide the client with the best possible advice

To ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required

To work and administer workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales

To ensure maximum revenue is collected by the business

To deal with all clients in a positive and professional manner

To give feedback / ideas on how processes can be improved / made more efficient

To act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times

Deal with any client queries as required

To ensure computer records are kept up to date

To undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job

Skills:

2 years' experience within Financial Services

Experience in Protection Insurance products
