We currently have a requirement for an experienced adviser to join our Member Services Operational Support Department on an initial 12-month FTC basis.
Operational Support Advisor Role:
You will effectively and accurately process a wide range of correspondence from members, assess medical referrals, authorise invoice payments and action membership adjustments and payments.
Speaking with our members over the telephone, a confident manner is essential.

•Proven office administration ability within a service environment.
•Good keyboard skills and professional letter writing skills.
•Ability to work to a high level of accuracy, to deadlines and under pressure.
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Team, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
