Following our brilliant 10-year track record and with 2021 shaping up to be our most successful year to date, we’re in the midst of some very exciting strategic growth plans that we’ll be implementing over the next few years, including the appointment of a dedicated Office Manager for our London hub.

To-Do List

Our London crew is a friendly team of seven (and growing!). You’ll be responsible for keeping the London set-up in tip-top condition. Everything, from keeping on top of processes, to organising events, to watering the plants, will fall under your command.

This is a superb opportunity for someone to take control of the London office, keeping it ticking over day-to-day and supporting our ambitious growth strategies over the coming years.

This will include:

  • Helping us to continue being spectacular recruiters, with everything from administrative support, recruitment data maintenance, document creation and more

  • Handling the London team in terms of diary and annual leave tracking, supporting our hiring plans, coordinating meetings, etc.

  • Managing the London office, such as meeting and greeting visitors and phone calls, managing office supplies, liaising with external partners such as the refuse management company, building management, organising social events…

We’re looking for an organised and motivated individual with a strong administrative background who is keen to get stuck in to supporting our recruitment team, from getting into the details using Microsoft Office to office oversight and management.
