We are seeking an MI Analyst to join our Claims team in Leeds.
As an MI Analyst, you will work within the Claims Operations function and take on a key support role which spans claims management and operational activity together with global management information reporting.
The Role:
You will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support and be accountable for:
•monitoring DWF Claims global data integrity and accuracy
•driving optimal claims operational efficiencies and best practice - across all lines of business for all our offices globally.
•reviewing performance under client SLAs, internal KPIs and agreed operational business objectives;
•having the ownership, creation and analysis of bespoke MI reports; being responsible for managing the end-to-end process of creating monthly MI reports and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the same.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have previous claims management (operations) experience as well as prior exposure to managing and manipulating claims data (including data integrity and manipulation).
Experience in the Insurance sector would be highly desirable as well as experience and understanding of the London & Lloyd’s market and specifically, with regards to Lloyd’s reporting requirements such as Conduct Risk, Solvency II and Lloyd’s V5.2.
You will be high proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word and PowerPoint and able to absorb new technologies and systems easily. You will also have strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
You will be someone who has an innovative, can do attitude and proactive mind-set, strong organisational / time management skills and a passion for improving service levels.
