This role represents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced debt recoveries Paralegal to join the Recoveries Team who form part of the volume litigation area. The position offers a great variety of work and responsibility dealing with insurance enforcements, recoveries and work that is quite niche.
We are looking for someone with 5 years + debt recoveries experience of the whole process, ideally to include insolvency and orders for sale.
The Lead Paralegal will progress cases to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients whilst providing and maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement.

We are keen to hear from ambitious and highly motivated candidates who are accustomed to managing their own cases and the whole process from start to finish (letter before action to enforcement), liaising with debtors, courts and clients. Insolvency and order-for-sale experience would be beneficial to your application. We are seeking a confident problem solver for this role.
