MERJE are working with an international Investment Manager who are looking for a Derivatives Lawyer to join their growing Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on derivatives and cash transactions all product types

• Drafting and negotiating swap confirmations, trading agreements (ISDA/GMRAs) and amendment agreements

• Negotiate collateral documentation

• Negotiating prime brokerage and clearing documentation

• Negotiating and managing exchange and trading venue memberships

• Tracking regulatory disclosures

Key Requirements:

• Experience in derivatives and trading documentation negotiation

• Strong regulatory framework knowledge for derivatives transactions

• Financial services experience

• Qualified Lawyer
