My client is a Global giant in the Financial services industry.

What will you be doing?

• You will be working within a small team, providing back-office support to ensure all administrative functions are processed in accordance with company procedures.

• Ensuring a smooth set up of new customer accounts

• Deal with cash deposits and withdrawals together with cash reconciliations.

• The processing Interest calculations.

• Ensure all records are kept up to date.

• Liaising with other departments to ensure effective settlement of all cash and stock transactions.

• Compile reports and feed back to other divisions.

Person/Experience required

• Keen eye for detail and accurate

• Work to strict deadlines

• Meticulous and good team player and able to work on own initiative;

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.

Mon-Fri

Hours between 08:30-6:30 on a weekly rotation
