​Our client, one of the largest financial services providers in the UK, is recruiting an individual to develop, implement and process strategies to improve the efficiency of their Quality Assurance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee the effectiveness to current policies, procedures and internal controls, ensuring they are clearly defined, up to date and owned by the team.

•Drive efficiency and productivity whilst mitigating potential risk.

•Scale and develop the Quality Assurance Team, manage the quality framework, identifying themes and coaching areas, training needs and identifying best practices.

•Provide reporting, analysis and insight as to the effectiveness of the QA framework.

•Create a reporting suite highlighting findings, risks and weakness and make appropriate recommendations and resolutions to Senior Leadership Team.

•Work closely with 1st and 2nd line, compliance teams and cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and process efficiencies are maintained.

The Ideal Candidate:

•At least 5 years' experience within a similar QA role within a financial services business.

•Extensive knowledge of the Quality Assurance process.

•Experience of improving processes and procedures.

•Experience of working in a fast paced, service lead environment.

•Capability to inspire others to deliver their best in their roles.
