MERJE is looking to recruit Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in Glasgow, albeit these are remote working and can be based anywhere in the UK. These roles are permanent, working Monday to Friday between 8am – 5:30pm and will be a part of their busy European team in a diverse and cosmopolitan unit.

The role will involve communicating with customers by handling both inbound email and telephone calls, spending 50/50 on each and working to resolve customer queries in an efficient manner whilst maintaining a high level of quality on each contact.

You will be mentored for the first couple of weeks and supported to ensure you are ready to go live, and be supported continuously throughout your tenure in the business.

This is a great opportunity for Norwegian speaking candidates to further their career in the customer service industry. What you will require is a strong work ethic, desire to deliver great customer service and above all a positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.

£20,000 per annum
