I’m an experienced, ambitious and driven individual with over 10 years of experience in sales management. Before MERJE, I was a Sales Manager in the healthcare insurance industry, working in both the UK and International markets delivering PMI plans to individuals and SME’s.

I have plenty of experience in successfully delivering sales growth and exceeding targets on multiple product lines by developing and retaining top talent, which is going to come in handy as I help businesses and hiring managers across Scotland in achieving their goals through considered and strategic recruitment.

I'm a leader who takes pride in supporting staff through their own career journeys, including the tools to not only meet but exceed performance objectives.

With extensive knowledge of the call and contact centre industry built over the past 15 years, I know what it takes to succeed and progress within this sector and am excited to get stuck in with supporting clients' hiring needs.


From early doors I could see that MERJE is different in its relaxed, adult approach to business, where the people are valued and encouraged to be the best version of themselves. Everyone has been so welcoming and have made me really feel at home, despite the fact home is hundreds of miles away up in Scotland!
