MERJE are partnered with a leading trading business who are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Associate to join their fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake detailed impact assessments for key upcoming regulations

• Conduct Horizon scanning keeping the business informed of the regulatory landscape

• Support the business in its understanding of MiFID II, MAR, EMIR and REMIT

• Implement regulatory change

• Take an active role in training for different business areas on regulatory obligations

Key Requirements:

• Strong regulatory knowledge within Asset Management, Commodities trading or Banking

• Experience implementing regulatory changes

• Ability to keep abreast of any regulatory changes in a fast moving environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
