As part of a Finance Transformation project a new opportunity exists within the Financial Strategy and Business Partnering team.
Leading the Financial Planning and Strategy area, which is instrumental in facilitating and co-ordinating our Financial Planning cycles across the business, ensuring this is aligned with the overall balance sheet strategy and other business strategies. You will lead a team of 16 people, motivating and inspiring them towards achievement of their potential and society goals.

Being a qualified Accountant, you’ll need extensive senior level financial knowledge and experience. You’ll take a strategic view on how the team should support the business to make the best financial decisions for long-term sustainability. And you’ll be expected to use your first-class coaching and mentoring skills to develop the team.
An agile and collaborative leadership style, working in a matrix style to deliver the best outcomes. You will have an ability to build strong and effective relationships and will demonstrate strong thought leadership, having the courage of your convictions and being confident to stand behind your views and recommending the best course of action.
