We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Systems Management Team Leader into their Finance Team in Manchester. We're offering you the opportunity to join a supportive and collegiate team and gain access to top level industry training.

You will have full overall responsibility for managing the Finance Systems Management team, which is responsible for optimising the core finance systems within the DWF Group. The role will focus on project work, system development & BAU Support.

You will be responsible for managing the identification of system root cause problems, enhancements, build, testing, implementation, integrations and production of data sets to monitor the success and quality of the implemented processes, including the planning, resourcing and governance of day-to-day tasks and projects.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Finance Systems Team Leader with a track record of developing and implementing financial systems, improving efficiencies, controls and performance through excellent business partnering skills. We are interested in talking with candidates who have a professional approach and attention to detail, are confident and able to communicate with all areas of the business.

Further requirements for the role include:

Working knowledge of order to cash cycle processes and understanding of an ERP system and system integrations;

Good understanding Elite 3E or alternative Practice Management System and databases is highly desirable;

Ability to articulate business and technical solutions to stakeholders and end users;

Excellent communication skills and excellent organisational and time management skills with experience of meeting targets and deadlines;

Ability to troubleshoot and proactively identify potential issues;

Very strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, SQL;
