Would you like to join a well-established family run business that has been operating for more than 50 years?

This is a very exciting role working for a brand that has have earned its success by keeping it a family business, many of their staff have been with the business for many years and they are now going through a very exciting period of growth.

As an E-commerce Executive, you will be involved in the continued growth of their online retail presence across multiple websites & product ranges. They have experienced immense growth across one of their divisions which was set up in 2017, therefore, they need assistance maintaining this growth but for someone to continue growing the division too. You will also help out across their many other exciting divisions that also require further attention.

We are looking for someone who is strong with admin, IT literate and creative.

E-Commerce Executive:

• Manage the daily operations of multiple websites

• Product uploads & Stock Management

• Order processing & Administration

• Graphic, Promotion & Campaign Design

• Ongoing Brand Strategy & Sales Performance

• Customer Service, Support & Live Chat

• Analyse & utilise data & reports

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Social Media & Email promotion work

• Assist with PPC, Paid-Social & Digital Marketing Strategies

• Negotiate & work alongside Product Influencers

The ideal E-Commerce Executive:

• Previous experience in E-commerce

• Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies

• Experience using packages such as Excel and Adobe Photoshop

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Creative with good attention to detail

• Proactive, dynamic & self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Work well within a team & autonomously

• Multi-task across multiples areas of the business
