As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for driving the customer journey by pro-actively responding to customer enquiries, supporting requests of updates to information, and working with the rest of the business to provide positive customers outcomes at every juncture.

The position is worked on a shift pattern between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday (times subject to change). After successful completion of a probation and training period you can choose to split your time between home and office working if preferred.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

•Make and receive telephone calls with customers who have fallen behind on their payments to us

•Maintain and develop customer relationships in order to investigate and understand their financial position and discuss appropriate solutions

•Negotiate affordable payment plans with customers to settle outstanding debt

•Handle general customer service enquiries

•Liaise with customers whose agreements have been terminated, assisting with recovering the vehicle and monitoring outstanding payments

•Adhere to the FCA Conduct rules
