Hours: 35 hours Monday- Friday 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business as an Advisor Support Consultant where you will assist Advisors with their system related queries, investigating and owning through to resolution where issues arise.
•Provide excellent customer service to our Advisers
•Deal with inbound queries from all Advisers
• Provide technical processing for advisers when and maintain a high-quality record for data protection purposes.
•A confident approach, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
• An excellent telephone manner and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain key relationships
•The ability to cope with pressure; and react quickly to changing priorities and key messages
•The ability to work using own initiative but also as part of a team
• A good working knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint. Mail merging advantageous).
•Analytical skills with problem-solving ability;
