About the Customer Service Advisor Role
You’ll be working as part of the Customer Service team of a successful family owned business based in Bolton.
You will ideally have some contact centre experience however full training is provided so we are seeking candidates with an understanding of good customer service.
As Customer Service Advisor your day to day tasks will include:
Dealing with queries from Customers.
Processing orders on the in-house computer system.
Providing first class service.
Liaising with internal and external departments to ensure the dispatch and delivery of orders.
If you have retail experience or have worked in Customer Service or as a Call Centre Agent we want to hear from you!
Naturally you will have good customer service skills, an excellent phone manner and be comfortable using computers but we will provide you with full training for the internal systems.
