Customer Service Advisor
£21,000 - £23,000 Annual Salary
Monday - Friday 8am- 7pm (Flexible times) 37.5 hours a week

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities/Duties:
Establishing new customer insurance policies
Servicing and administering existing customer insurance policies
Liaising with insurance brokers in the administration of their customer requirements
Developing and maintaining a rapport with customers to actively encourage a strong brand relationship and customer retention
We are looking for in Customer Service Advisor:

Ability to navigate bespoke computer systems
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management
Worked within the insurance or financial services sectors
